You can use this sauce as a dip for spring rolls or satay, drizzle it over some noodles and veggies for a cold noodle salad, or even serve it with raw veggies for a quick and healthy twist on the classic cruditΓ©.
The best part about this sauce is that you donβt even have to turn on the stove to make it. The peanut butter base can easily come together with a quick blitz in the microwave.Β
To make this sauce, add peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup (or other favorite liquid sweetener), sriracha or chili paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and warm water to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in short 20 second intervals until you can whisk it into a uniform sauce. For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of water by half.
Allow to cool and serve with your favorite snacks, drizzled on top of a salad, or alongside Rainbow Spring Rolls
