Cilantro Mint Chutney is a delightful sauce that can be used to compliment dozens of your favorite dishes. Cilantro Mint Chutney is packed with bright and fresh herbs and spices, serrano pepper, rich cashews, and ginger, garlic, and lemon.
Chutney is classically served alongside your favorite Indian dish, or can be spread in a thick layer on a comforting chutney sandwich. However, we have yet to come across a creative use of chutney that we havenโt loved.
Other possibilities for the Cilantro Mint Chutney include:
- Drizzle on top of a veggie bowl
- Used as a topping (or as a base) of your avocado toast
- Swirled into hummus
- As a dip for french fries
- A marinade for tofu or tempeh
- Swirled on top of a soup
